With her family deeply rooted in Burgundy, ANNE-SOPHIE DEBAVELAERE founded a wine estate in RULLY, Côte Chalonnaise, in 1984 between MERCUREY, SANTENAY and PULIGNY MONTRACHET :

As the years go, the estate expands itself with vineyards in Rully, Bouzeron and beaune, reaching 25 acres today on south east facing slope vineyards, planted with the traditional burgundy grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté).

The vines are trained using as less chemicals as possible so as to limit the damaging effects of pest treatments  on the environment.

Enology technician graduate of the Science University in Dijon. Anne Sophie combines traditional and modern wine making techniques.

  • Gentle pressing
  • temperature controled vats
  • fermentation in stainless steel vats or oak casks
  • maturing in oak casks
These techniques guarantee the quality of her wines. The latters are carefully matured in vats or oak casks in the ancient cellars that are open to visits.
